Two offers for procurement of "Savremena administracija"

Two bids have been delivered for the procurement of Publishing-Printing Company "Savremena administracija" from Belgrade. The bids came from the consortium of companies "Broadhurst Investments Limited" and "Srbijateks" and from the consortium of companies "Media II" and "Media", the Privatization Agency announced.

It has been stated that the Tender Commission, on the basis of the qualification and additional documentation and the opinions of the advisors of the Privatization Agency, certified that both bidders on the tender met requirements for procurement of 68.94% of total capital of "Savremena administracija".

Financial and legal advisors will do the evaluation of the bids within 30 days from its opening (June 19), and that appraisal will be presented to the members of the Tender commission at the next meeting.

The tender documentation, in addition to the two aforementioned consortiums, was also purchased by companies "Lilly drogerie", "Irva investicije" from Belgrade and "Invej" from Zemun, but they did not submit their final offers.
