Tender for land renting at Herceg Novi released

The terms proscribe, among other things, that a bidder must be an international hotel operator, which is famous and internationally recognized as a successful operator of at least two hotel complexes, with at least four stars, that it must have five years of uninterrupted experience in planning, development and management of hotels with at least four stars.

Bidder must have value for capital or property under managing of at least EUR 50 m and prove it generated positive financial result and total profit of at least EUR 30 m in the last business year.

Location to be rented comprises land on 30.600 square meters and water area space of some 17.300 square meters.
