The Privatization Agency has requested proposals for the purchase of assets of public company 21. oktobar from Kragujevac.
All assets of this manufacturer and vendor of car parts that are put up for sale are divided into two lots.
The first lot includes building structures, civil engineering facilities and other buildings with equipment in Kragujevac.
Starting price for this lot is set to EUR 8,971,261.
The second lot includes building structures, building and agricultural land and civil engineering facilities with equipment in Toponica.
Starting price for this lot is set to EUR 660,614.
The deadline to submit applications is 12 noon on 27 May 2015.
All bids will be opened 29 May 2015 in Belgrade.
