Arabs plan to build airport and 10 hotels in Ulcinj

The Royal Group from the United Arab Emirates plans to build an airport in Ulcinj as well as 10 hotels with five or more stars at Ada Bojana, said HTP Ulcinjska rivijera Executive Manager Radomir Mikan Zec.

He announced that Arab investors, who toured the island of Ada at the mouth of the Bojana River to the sea last week, would provide jobs for between 500 and 1,500 people, the website Cdm.me cites the Podgorica daily Dnevne Novine as writing.

Arabs expressed interest in making multimillion investments in Ulcinj after they recently gave up the acquisition of Queen's Beach, located between Budva an Bar, and the construction of a luxury EUR 180 million tourist complex in that location.
