New Supervisory Board members to be appointed - Speical meeting of Nikola Tesla airport scheduled April 30

Belgrade-based Nikola Tesla airport published yesterday a call for a special meeting of shareholder assembly. The meeting is due April 30 at 12.

The agenda comprises quorum set up, adoption of minutes from the 10th special meeting held in mid-February then dismissal of Supervisory board members and appointment of new members of Supervisory Board and approval of the contract between companies and members of the mentioned board.
