Greeks to build business-apartment facility in center of Leskovac – investment worth 2m EUR

Greek company "Tenelija" intends to build business-apartment facility with numerous related contents in the center of Leskovac, in popular Široka čaršija (Wide Downtown).

Municipal Manager Vladimir Kostić said that "Tenelija" had already registered company in our country, under the name of "Konstrukta".

The value of the investment is about 2m EUR. The surface of building parcel is 1,700 square meters and it is in the extra-zone of Leskovac.

Future facility will have about 7,000 square meters of office and housing space.
