Capital increase in Hemomont totaling EUR 5,2m - Construction of new department underway, vacancies for 50 people

Hemomont, a member of Hemofarm, was approved capital increase of EUR 5,2 m, it was stated in the announcement of Hemofarm. The funds were planned for construction of new departments for production of sterile nasal sprays (SNUP) and comprise 50 new staff in Podgorica.

The plan is that the new department in the first drugs plant in Montenegro to produce 127 million packages of nasal sprays annually. With previous strict control of standard compliance in quality and safety, nasal sprays for customers will be available next year already, it was stated in the announcement.

In the ownership structure of Hemomont, Hemofarm has 71,02% capital stake, the Government of Montenegro 19,35%, and Montenegrin Health Fund has 9,23 % .
