"Autotransport" , Kraljevo, has been sold for 120.000 eur

"Autotransport" company from Kraljevo has been sold for 120.000 eur to the consortium made of the following companies "Dragon Itd Majuro" from Marchall islands, "ATP" from Kraljevo, and "Sanos" from Skopje, as announced by the Agency for privatization.

The contract of sale was signed on june, 13th, and besides the selling price, it also determines the amount of 1,2 millions eur which the new owner of "Autotransport" needs to invest, as well as to accept without conditions the minimum comittments and additional elements from the social program.

The tender comission made the decision on June, 5th, 2007 to accept the decision of the Negotiation Comission and to approve the conclusion of the Contract of sale of 70% of the social capital of DP "Autotransport" from Kraljevo.

DP "Autotransport" Kraljevo is a company whose basic activity is transport of passangers and goods, and also service and remont.

The company was founded in 1949. and it has 823 emploees. The series for passanger traffic consists of 80 buses (inter city buses 62, international 18). It also has 92 trucks for freight traffic.
