More efficient fruit and vegetable growing - With specially designed LED lightning, plants grow faster than in the Sun

Statistics of Japanese company operating in production of green salad in simulated natural environment is really impressive. Namely, in indoor space on od 2.300 m2, 10.000 green salads are produced per day, which is 100 more than through standard production method.

Apart from that, this production method spends 40% less energy, 80% less fertilizers and 99% less water than in the outdoor.

It is expected that Japanese farm will soon start operations in Hong Kong, Mongolia, Russia and China.

Specially designed LED lightning helps plants in growing two and a half times quicker than the sun does.

These special farms could help in food production after natural disasters such as earthquake which in 2011 hit Japan which caused lack of food.

As for now, production process in case of green salad, has been semi-automatic. Machines do certain part but people still extract green salad from the ground.
