Italian company, Merkatus tekstil, sent a letter of intentions stating their wish to acquire hall 1 at Pirot-based Aha Mura-Prvi maj.

In the letter, the Italian company states it would invest in additional equipment which would modernize production, Krstic said.

Over the past few days, representatives of Turkish company , Link tekstil were here as well as Leskovac-based Dansi which stated their intention of acquiring the company which has been in the procedure of Prepack plan.

The dispute with the major trustees – banks, suppliers and utility companies, which should delay their claims until the company starts operations and production is due April 24 before Nis-based Trade court.
