The vine "Danube's Soal", from the company "Kljuc", Kladovo, has been represented


In Belgrade's restaurant "Kristal" has been promoted prestigious white vine "Danube's Soal", which is produced by the company "Kljuc" from Kladovo.
The owners of the company are a French married couple - enologist and university professor - which came to Serbia to produce the vine, as they consider that there is no place in the world with such quality land for the vine like the surroundings of Lepenski vir.
They started the production in 2004, and the vine is now specially delivered exclusivley to restaurants, as the quantities are limited.
The professor of Agricultural faculty, enologist Slobodan Kovic said that the characateristic of this vine is its nice light-yelow-green color, descreat fruit flavor and sour-sweet taste.
The vine is produced from the special grape kind called Raina's rizling, which is pressed for two hours so it keeps the fresh fruit aroma. It's characteristic is also the special way the grape is produced which is very rear in the world.
