Miskovic and Todoric merge Delta Holding and Agrokor

Ivica Todoric and Miroslav Miskovic agreed yesterday morning on all details with respect to merge of Agrokor and Delta Holding.

Joint company is aiming at becoming the biggest food and real estate company in the east of Europe. In that sense, Mskovic and Todoric are announcing continuation of purchase of agricultural land in Slavonia and Vojvodina.

As one of the most serious business directions, Miskovic and Todoric are announcing the conquest of the Adriatic coast and purchase of the remaining Croatian state-owned hotels. In discussions, Miskovic guaranteed that Serbian tourists could become the most numerous guests at the Adriatic coast after planned investments are implemented.

Apart from food industry and real estate, joint company will also have great ambitions in sports so it was planned to sponsor FC Red Star and BC Cibona.
