Approximately 73% firms delivered financial reports

Until today, the Agency for Business Registries (ABR) received approximately 150.000 reports for statistical needs for 2014, 110.000 of tax payers submitting at the same time regular financial statements for 2014, ABR reported.

According to preliminary results of financial reports delivery, approximately 73% tax payers implementing the Law on accounting g, used the option to, at the same time when delivering report for statistical needs, deliver their regular annual financial reports although delivery deadline expires June 30, 2015.

As it was announced, it is an encouraging data that 137.000 tax payers used special information system of ABR for development and delivery of reports while 28.000 tax payers submitted electronic reports signed by qualified electronic signature of a legal representative.

Although micro firms are obliged to deliver financial reports with electronic signature no earlier than January 1, 2016, more than 17.000 micro legal entities has already submitted their reports in electronic form signed with qualified electronic signature.
