Hungarian "Betonut" is the new owner of "Valjevo road"

"Betonut" company , one of the 5 largest construction companies in Hungary, signed today (June, 13th, 2007) with the Agency for privatization a Contract of taking over 68,13% of the total registered capital of "Valjevo road" company by the sale price of 1.570.000 eur.

The company accepted Minimal obligations of the Social program and realization of the Investment program in the value of 2,73 millions eur.

"Betonut" will have tomorrow a representation in the Economic Chamber of the Hugarian Embassy in Belgrade and will give out its plans regarding further investments in Serbia.
