American financial fund, Apollo, bought the second biggest Slovenian state-owned bank, Ljubljana’S "Delo" published stating unofficial source.

For Nova kreditna banka Maribor (NKBM) "Apollo" will allegedly pay approximately EUR 200 m, leading Slovenian daily reports, stating unofficial source from Maribor bank.

The information that negotiations with Apollo ended successfully on Friday has not yet been commented by the owners, Slovenian government and Slovenian state-owned holding (SDH).
