Offer of the French accepted - Lazard to be a consultant in privatization process of Telekom Srbija

As it was previously defined, a consultant will in the next period, carry out company value estimation, economic and legal analysis as well as market analysis. After that, it is expected that consultant proposes models of privatization and prepares timeline and methodological plan of privatization. Based on their proposals, majority stakeholder, the Government of the Republic of Serbia, should decide on continuation of privatization process and selects one of the proposed models of share package sale. Thus, the second stage where all activities will be coordinated and managed by a selected consultant, from call release to transaction closing, should start.
