Avala film soon under hammer - Initial price approximately EUR 9 m
The biggest movie company in former Yugoslavia, Avala film, which built the most glorious part of our movie art, after almost four-year bankruptcy will soon go under hammer. .
As the Agency for privatization announced, the value of 37 ha the giant occupies, when conversion into construction land is carried out, will be only EUR 75.000.000 to 100.000.000.
The initial price for the acquisition of Avala film is somewhat less than EUR 9 m and in the advertisement of the Agency, it is stated that majority of facilities which will be sold through public auctions have construction permits while entire land is state-owned with the right to use of Avala film.
Since the basic objective of every bankruptcy procedure is to settle debts to trustees through the sale of the property, there is no legal commitment of maintaining activity.
