Croatian Tobacco Industry TDR (Adris group) has lost the license after 11 years. Unofficially, Phillip Morris wanted to buy that factory, but TDR, which holds monopoly on the market of Croatia asked for €1.1 billion, whereas the Americans offered only €0.4 billion. (Pregled)
