Businessman Vuk Hamović is interested in procurement of Belgrade-based hotels Moskva and Balkan. Unofficially, he delivered the offer for takeover of stocks of the hotels to the Securities Commission. Hotel Moskva on Terazije has 4 stars, it was built in 1906 from the means of the insurance company Rosija and it is architectural monument under protection of State. The hotel has 132 rooms, 6 suites, banquet halls and 42% of the assets are owned by the State, whereas the rest is in the posession of minor stockholders. State-owned package of stocks in hotel Balkan amounts to 40%.
