PV Nalozbe acquires 89.09 percent stake in Belgrade-based Targo Telekom

The whole stake of Slovenia`s Nuba Svetovanje in Investiranje, whose headquarters are in Ljubljana, in Belgrade-based Targo Telekom, totaling 89.09%, was sold Monday (16 March 2015) at a public auction held in Belgrade as part of out-of-court settlement of the claims of Nuba`s creditor Factor banka DD Ljubljana, this Ljubljana-based bank said in a release.

Aforementioned stake was bought by the limited liability company PV Nalozbe headquartered in Ljubljana. This company has informed the public and its users that the change of ownership structure in Targo Telekom, as a result of the purchase of majority stake from Nuba, won`t affect Targo Telekom`s operations and its relationship with users and business partners.
