Former President of company "Droga Kolinska", Robert Ferko, in "Delta"

"Finance" writes that the recently substituted president of the administration of Slovenian "Droga Kolinska" has been "bought" by Miroslav Mišković for "Delta".

That Slovenian newspaper claims that "Delta" confirmed information that former president of company "Droga Kolinska", Robert Ferko, will start working for "Delta Holding" on July 1st.

On the position of the President of Administration of the largest Slovenian food company, "Droga Kolinska", Ferko was replaced by the General Manager and former owners of Serbian "Grand Prom", Slobodan Vučićević.

Majority owner of "Droga Kolinska" is Slovenian "Istrabenz", which also owns Serbian "Grand Prom", "Soko Štark", "Palanački kiseljak", as well as about 20% of company "Mercator".
