Miskovic is selling Delta's building

The owner of Delta holding, Miroslav Miskovic, will temporarily move the headquarters to the location a few hundred meters far from the current building until he builds a new one.

Temporary location will be "NBGP apartmani", also in Novi Beograd.

Miroslav Miskovic is an owner of NBGP apartmani as well so one of the richest Serbs will not have to rent. New modern Delta’s building will be near the old one in Novi Beograd where Miskovic company has been for more than 10 years.

Delta confirmed for Blic that they are building a new building. However, although there is a project for a new building, they still have not obtained a construction permit to start construction.

When asked whether they are temporarily moving to their other offices, Delta reps did not specify it but they confirmed that NBGP apartmani are theirs and that is definitely one of the options.

- New Delta’s office building will be located near the small tower where Impuls hall is now – Delta representatives added.

As it has been recently announced, the building will occupy 20.000 m2 and the construction, as Delta expects, should start in May. Still, everything depends on construction permit. The squares will be distributed on 10 ground and two underground garages with closed parking with 180 places.

Delta representatives did not know to say for Blic when they should relocate although media speculate that Miskovic has a deadline until the end of the year to move out of the current offices. According to findings of Blic, the owner of Delta has already found a buyer for Delta’s building in Novi Beograd where the company headquarters is. It is only four upper floors since four lower are already owned by Banca Intesa. The selling price of a building would be EUR 18 m.

Israeli architect

The architectonic solution for the building was done by "MYS Architects", the author was Ami Mura from Israel who has been cooperating already with Delta on other projects including shopping malls Delta City and the future one, Delta Planet.
