EBRD sells 2,55% at Atlantic Group

The European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) yesterday sold 2, 55% stake at Atlantic Group, i.e. 85.000 shares. Transaction at the Zagreb stock market totaled KN 73,95 m (EUR 10 m) and InterCapital Securities organized sales. After this sale, EBRD has 5, 98% stake at Atlantic.

Atlantic Group is a company with sales profits higher than KN 5 billion, more than 4.200 employees, regional distribution, 12 brands with sales over KN120 m as well as with, 14 production locations.
