At the beginning of the new phase of making itself open to the world economy, Libya offers business collaboration to Serbian businessmen on the implementation of projects worth about 5 billion USD. This was confirmed by the open invitation of Libyan Minister of Capital Investments, which was announced by Zorica Jekić, independent advisor in the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia.
