The first cojoint electronic proceudre for construction documents issuance introduced in Cajetina


In the
Cajetina municipality, the first conjoint electronic procedure for issuing
documents in construction in Serbia was established which set the basis for
upcoming opening of one stop shop for construction permits issuance; it was
communicated at promotion in Cajetina.
- Though one stop shop, the Cajetina municipality will, on behalf of investors,
supply all necessary documents in construction and thus decrease the number of
contacts of investors and citizens with various institutionsand save their time
and money. The aim is to support new investments through simplified procedure for
construction documents issuance – president of municipality, Milan Stamatovic,
said at the presentation of conjoint electronic procedure for faster
construction permits issuance.
The initiative is implemented through the project Improvement of business environment
for investments increase in tourist infrastructure which is the result of the
Cajetina municipality, Center for good management Optimus and Program of
private sector development in southwest Serbia implemented by the Regional
development agency Zlatibor from Uzice and funded by the Swiss Government.
Conjoint electronic procedures were developed in cooperation with the Cajetina municipality and with the Real Estate Registry Cajetina, PUC Vodovod Zlatibor, Elektrodistribucija and Telekom, so that it would be aligned with newly-adopted Law on planning and construction.
