Google intends to develop its own wireless service, but of smaller proportions than those offered by world-renowned companies, Google Vice President Sundar Pichai announced.
The first step towards realization of this idea is that Google becomes a mobile virtual network operator, that is, a MVNO. Such providers don't have their own infrastructure and they rent it instead from other network operators, such as T-Mobile, and then create their own services to offer to the market, the web portal Seebiz reports.
