Dukley Gardens is a new residential project in the Mediterranean. It consists of 202 flats designed to meet the highest standards, and a special emphasis is placed on quality. High quality materials of well-known international brands had been used - from built-in kitchens and luxury sanitary wares to the latest devices.

All apartments are equipped with Smart Home systems, so the owners can control devices in their homes over the phone or tablet, Coling Kingsmill, sales and marketing director of the Dukley Gardens project, says in a talk with eKapija.

The sizes of the apartments range from 80 to 212 square meters, while a limited number of penthouses with roof terraces reach 535 square meters.

eKapija: The ten-storey building Dukley Residences consists of 36 apartments. What's the size of these apartments? How many of them have been sold so far and at what price? When the first tenants are expected to move in?

- Dukley Residences is one of our latest projects, located near the old town of Budva and to its tenants offers a beautiful view of the coast and the open sea. The inspiration for the design our architects had found in the local environment – the elements of the old town, the sea, the mountains. The result is a theme designed floors so tenants could choose an apartment that suits their taste and needs. The smallest apartment is 58 square meters, and the owners can choose between lofts, one bedroom apartments, two bedroom apartments and between two two-bedroom penthouses on the top floor.

The sizes of the apartments range from 80 to 212 square meters, while a limited number of penthouses with roof terraces reach 535 square meters. The first two floors of the building are reserved for commercial premises, and tenants have underground garage with 70 parking spaces at their disposal.

The construction of Dukley Residences began in the fall of 2014, and the completion of construction is scheduled for the beginning of 2016.

eKapija: What's the main specificity of this method of construction?

- The quality of materials, components and equipment is the most important for both projects. We are proud that Dukley can provide to its tenants the highest quality in the region when it comes to their homes.

- Beside our engagement in the field of real estate, we will deal with the improvement and expansion of Dukley Marina in the following period. The Investment group Stratex has also become the owner of a significant stake in the Hotel Group Budvanska Riviera, which points to a new direction for our future business in field of hotel tourism.
