Telekom increases stake at Dunav banka through takeover offers

State-owned telecommunications operator, Telekom Srbija, together with other shareholders increased ownership stake at Dunav banka to 94,85% from 92,75%, after ending compulsory offer for takeover, the company announced.

As "Wisebroker" reported, Telekom delivered offer to minority shareholders after acquiring majority stake of 55,8% through capital increase totaling RSD RSD (EUR 9,7 m).

This move was a result of the consequence of adopting strategy on entering the company at the financial services sector. According to CRHoV , Telekom Srbija, separately after conducting offer for takeover has 57,89% of shares at Dunav banka.
