The Agency for privatization released a public call for collection of offers
through public bidding for sale of capital at
Trading shareholder company "C
market" Beograd.
The interested entities can submit their applications in closed envelopes by April 3, 2015 at 12 latest. Opening of the main envelope and envelope labelled with: "Information on bidder" will be held April 7, 2015, at 12, Belgrade time, at the offices of the Agency for privatization and the bids opening will be held April 17, 2015, at 11.
A total of 16,3% of totally registered capital is under hammer which is 70% of publicly-owned capital at "C
market". Total estimated value of the capital under hammer is EUR 9.302.244.
The interested entities can submit their applications in closed envelopes by April 3, 2015 at 12 latest.
