Complete electronic registry of all taxes for trade - Law on fees underway

The minister of finance, Dusan Vujovic, has announced today a special law on fees which will implement overall electronic registry of all fees for economy.

He said two days ago, the working group for development of that law was set up and that they will be working on it for the next few months.

Vujovic outlined that the aim is to downsize the number of non-tax fees, as NALED registers 384 of them, to reasonable, transparent and predictable framework.

Vujovic also mentioned investors did not have remarks for fee amount but to non-transparency. He said that investors and all entrepreneurs will be able at any moment to see which fees wxist and that electronic table will be published at websites of local self-governances of the Ministry of finance.

Vujovic, commenting the meeting with representatives, i.e. more than 100 members and NALED partners, said that he discussed with them grey economy, improvement of business environment and fiscal instruments and that a number of measures were agreed.
