Slovenian "Tuš" to have trade facility worth 3m EUR built in Pirot

- Tender Commission rented the land in Pirot’s settlement ATP, at price of 73 EUR per square meter, to Slovenian wholesale company "Tuš" for construction of trade facility – said the Mayor of Pirot, Vladan Vasić.

It is a modern trade facility with the surface of 3,000 square meters, in the construction and equipping of which about 3m EUR will be invested. According to the words of Vasić, Slovenians should employ 50 people.

It is left, according to Vasić, that the decision of the Tender Commission be confirmed by the representatives of the Town Hall of Pirot at the next meeting, which is scheduled for June 6.

- The City will get 600,000 EUR for rental of the land, while the Fund for City Building Land will be paid another 200,000 EUR for organization of the land – said Vasić and explained that the money, which would end in the municipal budget, would be included in the rebalance of the budget and used for new investments.
