Toza Markovic is waiting for solution - March 30 to see reorganization plan dispute

Although the first dispute where destiny of Kikinda-based Toza Markovic should be decided at the Trade court in Zrenjanin was scheduled for March 5 was cancelled and the new is due March 30.

The reason is, as we found out from the judge Milan Pajtasev the fact that in the meantime, changed text , of reorganization plan was delievered.

–It is essential to stick to legally binding deadlines – Pajtasev says.

- For the new reorganization plan, it is necessary to leave sufficient time for potential remarks of trustees or for replies to remarks , which the law proscribes. The document was sent to the Agency for business registries and is at the Trade Court.

All trustees are invited to attend the dispute via public advertisement published at the Official Gazette and in two daily newspapers. The prepack plan will be adopted if more than 50 percent of trustees vote “for”. If it does not happen, decision on bankruptcy will be adopted.
