Sale of Viskoza's property continues - Real estate of Standard, Stara skola and two restaurants under hammer
The Agency of the Republic of Serbia for privatization scheduled for March 13 the sale pf real estate of Standard company within former Loznica-based holding Viskoza which has been in bankruptcy. The sale will be carried out through public offers collection and the ineterstd buyers should pay deposit by March 6, it was stated at the website of the Agency.
School, two restaurants are under hammer and total
estimated value for all three facilities is RSD 15,7 m.
"Stara skola old school (old school facility)" on 712 m2, was estimated
at RSD 7,9 m, Kord restaurant on od 434m2 at RSD 2,9 m while restaurant number
one on, 628 m2 - 4,9 m.
Production in the main part of the Viskoza company
was halted in February 2007. The Agency for Privatization sold at the auction
three companies - Energetika, Hortikultura
and Lofolen.
Two auctions for ten remaining companies of the
Viskoza holding were scheduled but there were no interested and in June 2009,
plant and remaining companies’ bankruptcy was announced in June 2009.
