Assets of Osecina-based Krusik-plastika put up for sale

The Privatization Agency has published an Invitation to Bid for a stake in Osecina-based open joint-stock company Krusik-plastika.

Eligible bidders are all domestic and foreign physical and juristic persons as well as consortiums of juristic or physical persons.

The Privatization Agency is selling a 93.36 percent stake in that company.

A total estimated value of the subject of sale on 31 December 2014 was at EUR 843,299.70.

All interested persons are to submit applications for participation in public auction to the Privatization Agency in Belgrade, 23 Terazije, by 12 noon on 6 April 2015 at the latest.
