Prospective strategic investors in FAP invited to submit bids

In the process of privatization of the joint-stock company Fabrika automobila Priboj (FAP), the Privatization Agency has published an Invitation to Bid for all those interested in entering into strategic partnership with this company. The minimum bid potential strategic investors are expected to submit is EUR 1 million for co-investment in the establishment of new venture and another EUR 5 million in assets and/or rights.

The total value of FAP's capital is RSD 549,777,000. All those interested are invited to submit their written requests for the purchase of privatization documentation to the Privatization Agency by March 20th, while the final deadline to submit bids is 3 PM on April 1st.
