Mines and smelter Zajaca officially in bankrupcty

Rudnici i topionica Zajaca has been in bankruptcy as proscribed by the decision of the Trade Court in Valjevo, the company head, Radenko Cikaric, confirmed to local media on Sunday, February 15, 2015.

He said that the court decision dated February 6, the first bankruptcy dispute is due March 18 and the one for claims investigation for June 8.

The dispute for bankruptcy implementation was due in line with the order of the World Bank and for recent lawyers’ strike, it has been delayed for a few times.

Some 300 employees is now registered at the employment bureau and the trustee in bankruptcy will do economic and financial report within 45 days which will be presented to trustees.
