Russia produces new kind of oil

Sakhalin energy, operator of project of oil and gas Sahalin-2 field announced it launched at the market new kind of Russian oil called Sakhalin blend.

The company, as Sputnik portal reports, has already sold four tankers of oil from Sakhalin-2 finding. Deliveries will be done in March and April.

New type of fuel is a mixture of oil Sakhalin Vityaz blend produced at Sakhalin-2", with gas condensate with Gasprom’s gas finding Kirinskoe.

Russia delivers five kinds of oil to the world market - Urals, Siberian light, Sokol, ESPO and REBKO.
