Electrical buses for public transport are coming in 2015

Volvo Bus and Siemens signed agreement on supplying entire systems of electrical buses for the cities. According to the agreement, Volvo buses will deliver buyers electrical hybrid buses and electrical buses and Siemens will supply and installed stations of high charging (capacity charging of 300 kW) for electrical vehicles.
Two companies have been working since 2012 in the field of electrical mobility and now they additionally strengthen their cooperation. Mutual objective is to develop standard for infrastructure of charging so that transfer to electrical buses system would be easier for the cities.
