Čačanska banka obtained certificate from Swiss SGS

Čačanska banka has announced that it obtained the certificate from Swiss institute SGS for development and provision of banking services and became the first bank in Serbia that got that certificate on quality system acknowledgement.

The Manager of SGS Serbia, Marinko Ukropina, say that Čačanska banka joined the group of companies, such as Deutsche Bank, Citibank, Coca-Cola, IBM, which also own SGS certificate.

He pointed out that the ownership of SGS certificate was renewed every three years by much stricter criteria.

Ukropina handed the certificate to the Head of the Executive Board of the bank, Dragan Jovanović. Reevaluation of the management system was carried out by SGS on April 2, 2006. During that check, Čačanska banka obtained very good marks, which is the reason why it again obtained the certificate for development and provision of banking services.
