"Hemofarm" takes over remaining 24.5% of assets of "Agrovojvodina"?

Pharmaceutical concern "Hemofarm" from Vršac has announced the intention for takeover of the remaining 24.5% of stocks in Vršac-based company "Agrovojvodina". "Hemofarm" concern already owns 62,726 stocks in "Agrovojvodina", that is, 75.4% of all issued stocks of that company and it has the same percentage of votes.

It is stated that the Vršac "Hemofarm" will take over 20,361 stocks of "Agrovojvodina" with the same number of votes.

Company “Agrovojvodina", of which basic field of work is trade, first of all, wholesale and retail trade in heating equipment, has been trading in stocks at the Belgrade Stock Exchange since September 2004.
