Pecinci municipality sells construction land in Simanovci - Deadline for application is March 4

The Directorate for the construction of the Pecinci municipality released public call for sale of non-built construction land publicly-owned by Pecinci. These are two lots in Simanovci: registry lot 1123/3 on 1 ha 82 a and 60 m2 and registry lot 1125/27 on 3 ha 45 a and 25 m2.

As it was stated, the initial price totals RSD 3.100 per m2, i.e. RSD 56.606.000 for the first lot and 107.027.500 for the second.

As the head of the Directorate for the construction, Miroslav Petrovic,says, these are connected lots with extreme advantages since they are in the settlement and both lots were in the construction area before July 15, 1992 so there is no commitment of paying fee for change of land purpose which is 20% of the market price.

-Additional benefit is that at the moment, procedure fo development of the new Plan of Detailed Regulation for Simanovci settlement has been in progress and that by the auction land bidding and sale deadline public inspection process in the concept of the new plan will not start so new land owner, during public inspection, will be able to influence land purpose to be different, such as to be only working zone or only residential zone - Petrovic said, it was stated in the municipal website.

Deadline for submission of applications and documentation is March 4, 2015, by 12 and public bidding is due the same day at 1 p.m. at the offices of the Directorate for the construction of the Pecinci municipality.
