Branko Lubarda elected judge at the Court in Strasbourg

(Branko Lubarda) Branko Lubarda, a professor at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade was elected a Judge for human rights in Strasbourg with the decision of the Parliament assembly of the Council of Europe.

Professor Lubarda lectures labor, international and social law at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade.

The remaining two candidates from Serbia, a docent Branko Radic from the same faculty and the judge Spomenka Zaric from Supreme cassation court did not get sufficient number of parliament memebers’ votes for judicial function in Strasbourg.
