Investor from Turkey interested in Kluz-Srem fashion company

Ruma Mayor Sladjan Mancic has announced the possibility of putting the Kluz-Srem fashion company in bankruptcy up for sale again. The property of this company had already been offered for sale before, but without success, TV Sremska Televizija reports.
According to the most recent appraisal, the estimated value of Kluz's property is close to RSD 200 million.
Property for sale includes several facilities, that is, business buildings in local industrial zone, non-registered facilities: 950 square meter warehouse for ready-made goods, 817 square meter warehouse for raw materials, electrical workshop and a 90 square meter storage space, 24 square meter tin shed, 64 square meter workshop in an annex to the production facility, access roads, fence, installations, and a studio of 27 square meters in the attic of family residential building in the Igraliste neighborhood.

As Sladjan Mancic announced for TV Sremska Televizija, one investor from Turkey has already showed interest in Kluz-Srem.

Revival of the former giant would significantly improve the economy in the municipality of Ruma and increase the living standard of its citizens.
