Arabs, Americans and Bulgarians interested in Niska pivara

After four failed sales attempts, it appeared that no one is interested in the acquisition of Niska pivara so the initial price was cut to half of it from the previous RSD 400 m. It will be offered for sale at the new auction due February 19 for RSD 240 m. "Big" players bought the documentation who have tactics and hope the price will go down more. We found out that investment fund which is building the Belgrade on water, American Budweiser and another Bulgarian company are interested for the acquisition.

With well-maintained equipment and capacities for production of 200 hectoliters per year, Niska pivara has potential to take good position at the market. Niška pivara is offered for sale as a production and business unit which comprises facilities on 22.620 m2, built on 3,65 ha of state-owned land. It is estimated at RSD 800 m and production was halted in October 2012.
