TabTale, one of top 10 publishers of mobile games in the world acquired domestic studio Level Bit which developed games such as Rise To Fame, Jane Wilde, Granny Tap and others, Stratit portal reports.

Details of the contract are not known and Israeli company is planning to use the knowledge of Serbian team in building its own Crazy Labs brand which aims at launching games for senior audience.

TabTale portfolio comprises over 300 titles which have been downloaded in more than 500 million times. Thus the company focused last year on aggressive growth and huge jump in the downloads number happened in the last quarter where only since the last summer it has had nearly 400 million, the figure increased to current 530 million downloads.

The team of Level Beat has been active for five years now and it has developed the Genesis Rising game and sold it worldwide in more million copies for which TabTale claims it is the biggest PC game ever published by a Serbian company and Jane Wilde game is also among famous titles.

This definitely certifies quality for domestic gaming industry and the arrival of such a big company to our market can only contribute to additional scene improvement, Startit reports..
