Farmakom offers PIK 7. juli for rent

Sabac-based Farmakom M.B. concern has put all movable and immovable property of PIK 7. juli in Debrec up for rent for a period of nine months.

The property that is put up for rent includes a silo with a dryer with a capacity of 30,000 tonnes, a mill with daily production output of 40 tonnes, cattle food plant - 5 tonnes per hour, breeding station for 250 bullocks in turnus, 62 ha of arable land, and a watering system on 50 ha.

In order to be allowed to rent aforementioned property, it is necessary to keep all 93 currently employed people for the entire term of rent. Bids are to be submitted on January 27, 2015 at the premises of Farmakom M.B.- PIK "7. juli" a.d Debrec, between 10 AM and 12 noon.
