12 companies interested for PKB Beograd - Tender for privatziation advisor released

The agricultural corporation Beograd (PKB) form Padinska Skela has announced today public call for delivery of bids for privatization advisor.

All domestic legal and physical entities have the right to submit offers and deadline is seven days a sof the publication of the advertisement. The advisor for privatization should suggest optimal model for PKB privatization.

Privatization advisor for PKB, apart from other things, must have profit of RSD 500 m in the last three years respectively as well as that it was not blocked within six months as of publication of public call.

As Politika reports, the list of interested for this Belgrade-based company was published at the last meeting of the Assembly of the city where parliament members stated their opinion of the PKB privatization method.

Except from Serbia, letters of interest form legal and physical entities arrived from Denmark, Hong Kong, Austria and Germany.
