Assembly of stockholders of the Tobacco Factory in Niš, which operates as a part of "Philip Morris International", has made the decision about distribution of profit, according to which the dividends will be paid for the first time since "Philip Morris" took over Niš-based factory in 2003 – the people from the company announced yesterday (May 14, 2007).

Of the total profit in 2006, about 2.1 billion RSD will be spent on covering of losses from the previous years, while the remaining part – 2.6 billion RSD will be distributed among stockholders through dividends.
The assembly appointed Skip Bornhuter for the new member of the Administrative Board, instead of former Manager of that factory Eugenio Sidoli.

In the following period, Bornhuter will be the Manager of Niš-based cigarette factory, because Sidoli was moved to a new position in Spain.
