Tender to sell Telekom Srbija to be ready by June

An invitation to bid for the appointment of privatization advisor for the sale of Telekom Srbija will be published within the next two weeks, while a tender to sell that telecom firm is expected to be ready by June.

As people at the Economy Ministry of Serbia told Tanjug news agency, the deadline for prospective privatization consultants to submit their application is the 25th day from the publication date of aforementioned ITB in the Official Gazette, and all the work will probably have to be completed in three months.

All this will make it possible to prepare a tender to sell Telekom Srbija by June 2015, said people at the Economy Ministry.

Privatization advisor will be first tasked with determining which model of sale of the national telecom operator is the most optimal for the state and than with preparing the tender to sell Telekom Srbija.
