Tender for construction of railway track in Kostolac released

PC Termoelektrane i kopovi Kostolac d.o.o. (Thermal Power Plants and pit mines Kostolac) released public call for the construction of the railway track from the Stig railway station to the Thermal power plant Kostolac B, whose constriction was planned for the first half this year.

Criteria for the contract assignment is the lowest offered price and deadline to submit offers is February 24, by 10. Public bidding will be carried out February 24. at 10.15.

The minister of agriculture and environmental protection, prof. dr. Snexana Bogosavljevic Boskovic, GM at Rigoni di Asiagio , Andrea Rigoni and agricultural producers, will sign on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at noon, contracts on rent of state-owned agricultural land in a large hall of the building of the Negotin municipality, the Ministry of Agriculture announced.

One of the biggest Italian organic food producers, Rigoni di Asiagio is planning to plant multi-year plantations of organic products in Serbia on some 200 ha in the first investment stage. Apart from that, they are planning to invest on the rented land in watering systems, processing capacities and to set up cooperation with local agricultural producers who will be able to offer their organic products to the company.

A total of 27 contracts for total area of rented land on a 653 ha will be signed tomorrow.
